Stonewall Detroit | Zero Tolerance Policy
Stonewall Sports Detroit is committed to creating an environment in which all members can be respected and feel safe and comfortable being their authentic selves. We have zero tolerance for any bullying or harassment of any kind and for any reason of any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer or spectator. Harassment can be verbal, physical or visual, and includes all unwelcome conduct that affects someone else.
The Stonewall Sports Detroit Board of Directors has an open-door policy and welcomes you to report any conduct by any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer, or spectator that makes you feel uncomfortable. The Board of Directors takes all allegations and reports seriously and will thoroughly investigate all claims, and if warranted, will take all appropriate action.
Report any allegations to ANY member of our Board of Directors.
Encourage teammates, fellow competitors, to always do their best and reward them with a high five and a smile no matter their performance!
All sports referees, umpires, or officials are 100% volunteer, thank them for their time and services offered for a fair, fun, and inclusive game.
Whether you're in the stands rooting for your favorite player/team or out on the field/court with your teammates, always be respectful to one another.
All of our Sports Leagues are designed to be fun, low impact, and inclusive, no matter what for everyone involved. Working together, let's keep it this way!
Zero Tolerance Policy has been borrowed from Stonewall Sports Charlotte.
